I offer grounded 1:1 counselling and guided meditation sessions that support emotional clarity and nervous system regulation.
My work is focused on helping people slow down, understand their internal patterns, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness in themselves. Sessions are held in a calm, responsive way that meets you where you are on the day, rather than following a rigid script or process.
In counselling sessions, we work through what feels emotionally present or overwhelming, with space to explore patterns and build practical self-understanding.
In guided meditation sessions, the focus is on helping the body settle and creating enough internal safety for relaxation, emotional softening, and deeper rest to emerge over time.
Many people come to me feeling mentally full, emotionally stretched, or disconnected from their body. Over time, they often notice improved sleep, more emotional access, and a greater sense of calm in daily life.
